Primary 3 and 4 were investigating weight. They went on a 1KG treasure hunt in which they had to find items from both inside and outside of the classroom that weighed 1KG! The pupils worked in pairs to find and weigh items. They used their observations to identify that if an item was too light, they could use more of the same item to make up the 1KG.
