Fun in the sun 🌞
24th Apr 2026
We brought our table top tasks outdoors today. We had great fun in the sun and enjoyed matching the coloured eggs and counting them.
Playing outdoors is very important for pre-school aged children because it supports their physical, social, and emotional development.
Outdoor play helps young children build strong muscles, improve coordination, and develop healthy bodies through activities like running, climbing, and balancing.
Being outside also encourages curiosity and creativity, giving children opportunities to explore nature, solve problems, and use their imaginations.
