Today P1 & P2 class were outside completing various numeracy activities related to our topic Minibeasts. They went on a mystery hunt searching for numeracy word problems to help crack the code, to find out what 'The Hungry Caterpillar's' favourite food was. The also searched for minibeasts in the sand pit and created a tally chart which they then used to create a pictogram on J2e. Pupils also had to sort different foods on a Venn diagram (the caterpillar's tummy) and guess how their friend sorted them.
