Our Primary 1, 2 and 3 pupils have been busy exploring measurement in a fun and hands-on way! 📏✨
Using non-standard units, the children measured a variety of everyday objects such as water bottles, scissors and iPads with cubes and counters. They also took their learning a step further by using their feet to measure larger spaces, including the length of the classroom, stage and benches!
It’s been wonderful to see their curiosity, teamwork and problem-solving skills in action as they discover that there are many creative ways to measure the world around them. 👣📐
