Wednesday 7th May saw Miss Johnston’s class head away on the big bus to Greenmount’s RSPB Nature Trail. We were met by Jo who showed us how to dip our nets into the pond, how to identify our different minibeasts and even showed us part of a bee hive! We saw a lot of nature that we had been learning about in class!
Of course, no trip is complete without a picnic and a visit to the play park- let’s just say there are a lot of adventurous little bodies in our class!
Overall we had a fabulous day- the sun was shining, we learnt lots and had loads of fun!!
