Today, P4/5 welcomed two firemen from Crescent Link Fire Station to talk about fire safety in our homes. We learnt all about the importance of turning off all electrical appliances at night but not our fridge or freezer. Also, the firemen told us about the importance of our Fire Safety Night Routine and how all doors downstairs should be closed.
We are going home tonight to tell our parents/guardians all about the importance of ‘Test it Tuesday’ and how we should test our smoke alarm to ensure it is working.
