P4 and P5 pupils enjoyed a great Eco day. The pupils learnt lots of interesting Eco facts and various ways in which they can become more Eco friendly. The children were able to link healthy living with how we treat the environment.
Be on the look out for "Bug Hotels", colourful tyres and unusual containers for growing spuds!
We hope to put this new knowledge to the test with lots of decision making to be done with the Eco council.
The children each received seedling potatoes and planted crest seeds which they were allowed to take home.
A big thank you to Jena for making the whole day fun and interesting.
