Today we supported World Mental Health Day by wearing an item of yellow to school. The boys and girls participated in various activities to show the importance of looking after our mental health. Everyone completed some mindfulness colouring, had the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors through games and activities and talked about how having healthy habits is importance. P5-7 created a Compliment Sun and were writing compliments for each other. What a wonderful day we all had! 😀
